"Are unable to deliver the promised…"
Are unable to deliver the promised products.when we ordered it said max 5weeks till delivery . We waited 20 weeks with constant the same feedback from them. They didn’t care at all and we demanded a refund after the 20 weeks. Just had the shirts mee at a local shop for a fraction off the price in 2 days.

"If I could put no starts I would…"
If I could put no stars I would horrible costumer service. I was one of the first to purchase my daughters uniform and everyone from her team has received everything except for us. They promised shipment by a certain day and still have not fulfilled it. I don’t understand that. Horrible!

"Ordered 2 uniform shirts blue and gray…"
Ordered 2 uniform shirts blue and gray size AL, received 2 blue shirts. Wrote to customer service about this issue . Response was : They do not have gray shirt in size L it is on a back order with no receiving date. My son plays club soccer since 6 years old . Never had such problem We use to deal with Chicago Soccer or Soccer.com. Do not recommend to use Capelli Sport for any club.

"Just the worst customer service"
Just the worst customer service. As with many other customers we were obligated to order from the company for team apparel. They left things off the order that were paid for and do not have a p hone number to talk with a human. Only an automated email response which keeps saying the issue is resolved. Don't order from them if you don't have to.

"This is a horrible company!"
This is a horrible company. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have no other option than to go through them with my cities team however I will be speaking with them in regards to how poor this company runs their business. I ordered two T-shirts and a pair of socks. I received the socks and one of the t-shirts after months of waiting and still have not received my second shirt. All they provide you is a customer service contact email and no phone number. I have emailed them multiple times asking for specific details with my order seeing how soccer season is in 2 days and needing the shirts for games. All they will reply with is a generic automated email. So this has been ordered for 3 months going on 4 months and I still don't know when I'll be receiving the shirt. At this rate the soccer season will be over and I will have paid for a shirt that I cannot even use.

"Do NOT buy from Capelli!!!!"
I do not recommend purchasing from them! I will be talking to out teams owner we have to switch!! We can never use them again the shipping is crazy takes waaayyyy to long! we tried it this one season and nope! Not worth it and not even that good quality! I have ordered things from china that got here faster! I tell everyone I know and every soccer team I see to never NEVER order from here!!! We will be finding someone else do yourself a favor and do not order from here! Even if you had a question no customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been sending constant emails to this company since December regarding stock and then fulfillment. I am at 7.5 weeks with not product even though the website states 3-4 weeks. AND I had to wait several weeks before that just for them to get in stock to even place my order!

"I ordered uniforms from this website as…"
I ordered uniforms from this website as this is the company our club uses. Within the 1st 3 months of season the lettering of my daughter jersey started coming apart. I submitted a request for a replacement as these cost an arm and a leg. You would think they would do a better job. I sent this request 11/9/22, and till this day, all they emailed me is that they are working on my replacement. It's been 3 months, and they are still working on a replacement. I can't speak to anyone, and it's so frustrating. Worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to ordering uniforms, and my daughter has been in club for over 10 years. Never have had this horrible experience. 😢

"Non-existent customer support"
I placed an order on Jan. 2 for supplementary winter gear that my son requested for his birthday that matched the colorway of the kits/uniforms for his youth club. I received 2 of the 7 items on Jan. 14. However, I’m now approaching 6 weeks, and I still have yet to receive the other five items from my order.

As others have shared, customer service is generally non-existent. On their teams.capellisport site, there is a messaging portal. I’ve left two messages on that portal since Jan. 27 with no response. I’ve emailed their customer service address and got a response on Jan. 31 from someone saying he would reach out to the fulfillment department to get an update. I haven’t heard anything back in more than a week since despite emailing several times for an update.

I emailed the Capelli rep for my son’s club. It took three emails to get a response. I’m still waiting on follow up from him.

Getting updates from Capelli Sport is a maddening experience.

I gave them 2 stars because while this order has been an awful customer experience, I’ve placed three other orders with them that have been satisfactory. The order with my son’s kits/uniforms arrived on time. And I’ve placed two orders for extra socks that have arrived well within the 3-4 weeks they quote for shipment arrival (although the socks my son’s club uses with their practice kits are low quality as my son wears holes in them after only a few uses).

"No, Customer service"
My daughter is on a sports team that ordered from Capelli sport. Part of my order is missing and honestly you have to go through the deep dark web to find any kind of information about contact. There is no phone number to contact. Only a message option which is never answered.

"Absolutely worst company to deal with!"
Absolutely worst company to deal with!! Orders take months to show up (if they do!) When they respond to your emails the threads are always mixed up and when you reply it ends up with someone new every time. I placed an order October 21 (fan gear for my daughter's soccer team), after a couple of emails asking where my order was and they were Christmas presents, 2 of the 4 items showed up in the middle of December. After a few more emails regarding my other 2 items I was told they'd ship 1/26, on 1/30 I received an email that one of the items is now discontinued!!! If it was shipped in October when I ordered this would not have been a problem. The email gave me a 15% off code to use on a future order. I emailed back explaining how disappointed I was and asked if I order a new shirt if I should expect another 3+ month turn around. Also asking where the other item was. This email was ignored. Emailed again asking about the item, ignored again. I went on the website to see how much the 15% would give me, the code is INVALID!!! It is now 2/6, I'm still missing one item and never receiving my other one. Also, there is no phone number to call to talk to someone. To say I am extremely frustrated is not even close to how I feel.

"I wish I could give 0 stars"
I wish I could give 0 stars. Company states orders ship in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I email because nothing has shipped. The support rep closes my ticket and just says 'It will ship soon'. It doesn't. I am going on 6 weeks and now they won't even answer my emails or requests. What's worse is now my order is not listed under my account.

Terrible service all around. I have filed a BBB compliant and started the charge back process via my credit card. It's pretty simple to get back to people about their orders. Not doing so looks very shady.

I hope our soccer club moves on from Capelli, they are terrible.

"No items received over a month ago!!!"
I ordered several products for my son in November 2022 and I have never received an update on when the product will be shipped. My child needs these items for a tournament in the beginning of February 2023 and that is why I ordered it early. I have messaged them several times and they continue to say that it is resolved. If they can't keep up with the demands of these teams then they should limit the the teams they have contracts with. This ridiculous for the amount of money we spend on uniforms and still can't get the items in a timely manner.
