Shipping was quick, honestly. I was expecting it to take longer, but it showed up sooner than I thought, so...

I went in hoping to pick up a few things I actually needed, but none of them were available. It was frustrating because I felt like I lost time making the trip and still walked out with nothing. I’d probably check stock ahead of time next time so I don’t end up wasting another visit.

I ordered some gear and got a bit worried when the tracking stopped updating, so I reached out to customer service to ask what was going on. It took a few days to get a response, and when they finally replied, it was vague and didn’t really answer all my questions. The item itself ended up being fine, but the whole support experience was frustrating. I also found myself wondering if there were extra shipping or handling charges buried in there somewhere, because the communication just wasn’t clear enough to feel totally confident.

I ordered a training top and a pair of shorts, and the quality seems decent enough. The fit was a little wierd though. The shirt felt tighter than I expected, but the shorts were kinda big. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so idk what happened there. Shipping was fine, no issues with that, I just wish the sizing was more consistant. Overall not bad, but not amazing either.

Sizes got mixed up, updates took forever, and it felt like no one really had a clear answer on what was happening. The whole thing ended up taking way longer than we were originally told. I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t comfy at all. I even checked my receipt email to make sure I ordered the right one, and unfortunately it was exactly what I bought. It just didn’t feel good to use.

I thought the exchange process would be simple based on the wording on the site, but it ended up taking forever. The instructions made it sound way easier and faster than it actually was, which was misleading. On top of that, support gave confusing answers, so I kept going in circles instead of getting a clear update

The quality feels really great, honestly. I don’t have any complaints so far. Anything extra would probably be unnecessary because it already does the job well...

I could barely get any updates unless I kept asking, which was frustrating. It felt like something that should’ve been simple was made way more complicated than it needed to be.

The clothes looked alright, but the designs felt kinda plain and a bit outdated to me. I was expecting more better styles for the price. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really my taste.

I’ve been using this for a few months now, mostly through regular game nights, and I expected the seams to start showing some wear by now. But so far, they still look totally fine. No fraying or weird pulling apart, just holding up like it did when I first got it

Their customer service number is (212) 684-3344 ext 100 but they wont answer and you can't leave a message.  They will send you the wrong product and then offer a 20% discount to reorder it.  

I ordered from Capelli Sport the delivery process was frustrating. Maybe I should’ve ordered earlier, so that part’s on me, but the tracking barely updated and the delivery date kept moving around.

The order did finally arrive, but by then I didn’t really need it anymore, which was disappointing. If I needed something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered a customized jersey and was excited when it arrived, but I felt a little disappointed after opening it. The name placement was kind of off, and the colors looked a bit different from what I thought I was getting. It’s still wearable, so I’ll use it, but for the price I expected it to match my order a little better...

I ordered some gear recently and, my experience was just okay. When it arrived, I was hoping to feel like I got my money’s worth, but the quality didn’t really match the price in my opinion. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as good as I expected for what I paid. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a sale or a really good discount.

I was hoping there’d be a bit more to choose from. The selection felt kind of limited, and a lot of the items looked similar. Some sizes and colors were missing too, which was a little disappointing lol. It’s fine if you just need basic gear, but I expected more variety from a sports site...

I ordered from capellisport for the first time, it went pretty much how I’d hope an online sports gear order would go. The site was easy to navigate, the sizing info was simple to find, and checkout didn’t turn into a hassle. I got my confirmation email right away too, which always makes me feel better after placing an order. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a straightforward experience, and that’s exactly what I got. I’d order from them again...

Ordered uniforms in the end of Jan 2025. April is coming - still not delivered. Support - absolutely useless. Maximum they can do - broken promises to deliver every week every time you contact them. How they treat customers and do business - horrible!!!
